Return and Refund Policy

At Strykon Industries, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital content
• Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
