Shipping Policy

At Strykon Industries, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for lost packages once marked as delivered. If you experience issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us at strykonindustries@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you. 

Packages marked as Picked Up at Post Office by USPS require government-issued ID and are considered delivered. Any claim for non-receipt must be filed directly with USPS by the customer.
